The group program runs for 12 weeks and aims to support people to learn how to break away from negative thoughts, thinking patterns and persistent worries that are adversely impacting on their mood and sense of self. The group also explores effective strategies for managing distressing emotions and ways of letting go of rigid, unhelpful beliefs.
