Additional educational support is provided for frontline managers through regular workshops.
All new staff are required to attend the hospital’s orientation program. This program is conducted regularly and includes a number of compulsory education programs such as CPR Training, Fire and Emergency Training, Occupational Health & Safety and Workplace Diversity.
In addition to the hospital orientation program, all staff are provided with a comprehensive orientation to the area or department where they are employed.
Employees within Healthe Care are offered the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills through completion of traineeships in areas complimentary to service needs.
