Dr Sagarika (Sagi) De Fonseka is a Consultant Psychiatrist. She is specialised in psychogeriatrics (old age psychiatry) and provides specialist psychiatry care to adults of all ages and the elderly.
Dr DeFonseka has close to 10 years' experience. As a Consultant Psychiatrist Dr De Fonseka works primarily in the acute old aged inpatient unit to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary treatment.She also works in the consultation-liaison psychiatry setting, conducting assessments and providing management plans for a wide range of mental health conditions affecting adults of all ages. She also provides assessments in Sinhala.
