Professional background
Dr. Iain Macmillan is a highly experienced full-time clinician, who has worked in the field of Early Intervention in Psychosis since 2003. He has substantial research experience, particularly in Early Intervention in Psychosis and Affective Disorders. He has numerous publications, including being invited to contribute to the British Association for Psychopharmacology’s Evidence-based Guidelines for Bipolar Disorder, with particular regard to the treatment and early identification of early episodes.
Dr Macmillan is a Fellow of the International Society for Affective Disorders and a member of the Australian Medical Association (Victoria), the British Association for Psychopharmacology, the International Association for Youth Mental health, the International Society for Bipolar Disorders, and the International Early Psychosis Association, the European College of NeuroPsychopharmacology and International College on Neuropsychopharmacology (CINP).
