Professional background
Dr Lee graduated from medicine at Monash University in 2000. He also completed a Bachelor of Medical Science. He completed his Fellowship in Rehabilitation Medicine in 2007 and his Fellowship in Pain Medicine in 2008. He has contributed to the NHMRC guidelines “Acute Pain Management: Scientific Evidence” 3rd Edition in 2010, 4th Edition in 2015 and 5th Edition 2020. He has been an examiner both for the Australian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and Faculty of Pain Medicine. Dr Lee also consults with patients who have experienced multi-trauma injuries and for patients who require orthopaedic and general rehabilitation. His outpatient clinic is at Southeastern Private Hospital. His clinical interests include rehabilitation approaches for pain, medication rationalisation, neuropathic pain and return to work where possible.
