We operate on a dynamic bed capacity status with the ability to accommodate up to 75 patients for inpatient rehabilitation.

Multi-disciplinary meetings involving all members of the rehabilitation team take place weekly, where we set goals, discuss patient outcomes and discharge times.

All patients are assessed prior to admission by an experienced Rehabilitation Assessor, to identify and set achievable rehabilitation goals. Our goal is to return you home safely and with confidence, with the help of an experienced team committed to providing the highest standard of care in a friendly environment.

At South Eastern rehab, we support patients with their motivation on setting goals, working through the rehabilitation plan with each patient, meeting their individual recovery needs. The allied health team are experienced with assisting multi-trauma patients both as inpatient and day program patients. This is of great benefit to patients only utilising the day program, as they get the benefit of their expert care and treatment for trauma related injuries.
