Dr Hikaru Hashimura

Dr Hikaru Hashimura is a board-certified specialist endocrinologist accredited by the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP). She has strong and broad interests in all aspects of endocrinology including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal and pituitary disorders, osteoporosis, andrology, transgender medicine, endocrine issues in pregnancy, menopause and weight management. Dr Hashimura adopts an open and transparent communication with her patients and encourages the patients' active involvement in their treatment. She embraces a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach that recognises the importance of mental and physical wellbeing for optimal clinical outcomes.
