Accommodation

South Eastern Private offers both private and shared rooms. While we make every endeavour to provide you with your accommodation preference, please understand that in certain circumstances, it may be necessary to admit you to a shared room with shared ensuite.

All rooms have televisions and Foxtel provided free of charge, and a bedside telephone for local calls.

DVA Accommodation

Under an agreement with the Department of Veterans' Affairs, eligible veterans and war widows are admitted to shared room accommodation unless the medical condition requires single room facilities.

Gymnasium

We have a purpose built gym to help patients regain optimal function.

Hydrotherapy pool

South Eastern Private is equipped with state of the art hydrotherapy pool facilities.

Onsite Café

We have an onsite café for visitors, carers and staff that is open:

• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays 10.30am to 3.30pm

Snacks and refreshments can also be purchased from dispensing machines throughout the hospital.

Chaplaincy

A chaplaincy service is available. Please ask a member of our team if you wish to contact a Chaplain or arrange a visit.

Interpreter services

An accredited interpreter service can be arranged if necessary. There may be an additional charge for this service.

Podiatrist and Hairdresser

Podiatrist and hairdresser services can be arranged on request. Please speak with your Nurse or reception staff.

Florist

There are several florists in close proximity to our hospital. Please note that South Eastern Private Hospital is not affiliated with either of these businesses.
